I think this w/s will make a valuable contribution to assist states/organisation to adjust to today’s realities i.e. “the new normal”.

Dear Commonwealth Official,

My Name is Imad Mansour. I work for the Government of Lebanon which is not a commonwealth member country. I work in the office of the Minister of State of Administrative Reform (OMSAR). OMSAR is in charge of reforming and modernizing the Lebanese public sector. I came across the announcement for the Business Process Re-Engineering Workshop, DEC 2011 on the internet. It is of great interest as I am about to assume my new position as a senior Business Process Re-engineering official and embark on a huge BPR initiative for the Lebanese public sector. It would be of great assistance if this great workshop be made accessible to the government of Lebanon through my attendance.
